Received 10 Brown Turkey Fig Tree cuttings purchased on ebay, 7/20/18.
Trying three different methods of rooting them.
#1 OUTDOOR MINI-GREENHOUSE
Have cuttings in a closed garbage bag in playground sand sitting under the pine tree outside. Also in this tub are some orchid tree cuttings and cuttings from unknown tree from library. Have five of the cuttings in here.
#2 PLASTIC BAGGIE
Have three of the cuttings wrapped in damp paper towels in a plastic baggie sitting inside.
#3 INDOOR GREENHOUSE
Have two of the cuttings in clear Coke bottles w/ 50/50 peat moss/perlite mixture in an indoor greenhouse (old giant-ass Cheetos tub).
UPDATE: 8/9/18
They're all looking like shit and showing no signs of root development. Most of them are covered in mold despite being treated with anti-bacterial soap.
UPDATE: 9/15/18
Deader than shit. Threw them all away. Since have ordered and received a small BT seedling. Also have ordered some BT seeds to grow root stock with.
