FRONT YARD BEDS -- last update 11/6/2019

These have proven an excellent growing space over the last few seasons.

Wood bed with vigorous Stavros pepperoncini over-running a Fushimi plant.  Recently pulled a woody early jalapeno from here that had lasted several seasons.

Wood bed with giant jalapeno and bell pepper.  Bell peppers have been dogs for me, but looks like this one might actually make me some legit fruit.

Have entire center bed planted out with Shawo radishes.

West brick bed has broccoli and cauliflower. (The litter is just some lettuce scraps.)  Started the broccoli and cauliflower in styrofoam cups then grew under lights.  They got a bit too leggy, not a strong start.

Also plugged in a few parsnip seeds that haven't germed yet.

North planter has a healthy fushimi that struggled all summer, but perked up once the stoopid heat was over. Laid down lettuce here that didn't germ, so re-planted hoping to have better luck.  Saving a bit of room on the end, possibly for a tomato.
